Hello Red Dragons!

The semester unlike any other has ended! It's frankly been a sigh of relief to be at the end, and also with a pretty big note of pride about how our team has conducted themselves through this very challenging semester. Academically we have done well for the most part, and there has been a lot of good training going on despite all the challenges we have. You know as a coach that you have a great group when people make the commitment to improve during challenges like we are seeing at this time!

We're happy to 'look back' during this newsletter to celebrate our NCAA Champions! You might have read the 'Title Recall' story on pole vaulter Jake Zanetti '09; we now have the collection of the podcast 'D3 Glory Days' along with some other fascinating information celebrating the seven Women's NCAA Championship Cross Country teams at SUNY Cortland. The podcasts are a fascinating listen! All of that information is on its own 'Title Recall' page.

We have also added individual interviews with a select group: alumni that have earned individual NCAA titles. We have a few more to add, but we have enjoyed the stories and perspective that these alums have been kind enough to share.
