Peter Graham was a two-time All-America men's lacrosse goalie who helped Cortland advance to the 1972 NCAA Division I semifinals and win the 1973 United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) College Division national title.
 
* A Corning native who earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Education from Cortland in 1974.
 
* Three-year men's lacrosse starting goalie from 1972-74 and two-year football starting middle linebacker in 1972 and 1973 after attending Corning Community College for three semesters.
 
* Lacrosse first team All-American and team co-captain in 1974. Third team All-American in 1973. Team MVP in both of those seasons. Earned the 1974 Ensign C. Markland Kelly, Jr. Award as the nation's top goalie. Starting North goalie in the 1974 North-South Senior All-Star Game.
 
* Registered 203 saves in 1972 to help Cortland finish 14-2 and advance to the NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse Semifinals. Made 20 saves in Cortland's 10-9 overtime win at Navy in the quarterfinals and 12 saves versus Virginia at home in the national semifinals.
 
* Made a then-school record 209 saves in 1973, including 65 in four victories as Cortland won the USILA college division national title. Stopped 22 shots in a first-round win over Adelphi and 19 in a semifinal victory over Hobart.
 
* Made 197 saves as a senior in 1974, including 24 in a win over Maryland-Baltimore County in the NCAA Division II quarterfinals and a school single-game record 39 in a five overtime regular-season win at UMass (20 in overtime). Finished with 609 career saves (still second in school history).
 
* Intercepted two passes during his junior football season and returned an interception 41 yards for a touchdown versus Springfield as a senior.
 
* Voted as the 1974 Beta Sports King Award recipient by the Cortland student body for highest excellence in Athletics.
 
* Played professional lacrosse for the Toronto Tomahawks and the Boston Bolts in 1974-75 and was a semi-pro player in the Miller Hi-Life Lacrosse League from 1976-78.
 
* Highly decorated sales manager for the Glass Container Industry (1981-99), Frontier Communications (2000-08), Primus Telecommunications, Inc. (2008-09) and Time Warner (2009-17). Also received numerous awards as a sales representative for IBM Corp and ITEL Corporation.
 
* Coached youth baseball, basketball, football, soccer and softball in Tampa, Fla., Wall, N.J. and Horseheads from 1984-2009 and youth lacrosse coaching from 1996-2005. Also volunteered with Special Olympics in Tampa.
 
* Inducted into the Corning-Painted Post Hall of Fame for lacrosse in 1982.
