SUNY Cortland C-Club Hall of Fame
Sue Behme was a women's soccer and women's lacrosse All-American at Cortland and helped the Red Dragons win the 1992 NCAA Division III Women's Soccer title. She's been a long-time successful women's lacrosse head coach, most recently at the University of Rochester.

* A Syracuse native, Sue earned a Bachelor of Science in Education in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Cortland in 1993 and a Master of Science in Recreation and Leisure Studies from SUNY Brockport in 2000.

* A four-year women's soccer back from 1989-92 and a four-year women's lacrosse defender/midfielder from 1990-93.

* Women's soccer second team All-American and first team all-region, all-state and All-SUNYAC as a senior in 1992. Also All-SUNYAC in 1991. Two-time NCAA Final Four All-Tournament Team (1990, 1992).

* Helped soccer team win 1992 NCAA Division III title (17-2-3 record), finish second nationally in 1990 (22-1-3 record), tie for fifth in 1991 and tie for ninth in 1989. During her four seasons the Red Dragons had a combined record of 71-9-12 and registered 66 shutouts in 92 games.

* Two-time women's lacrosse All-American, all-region and all-state (1992 and 1993). Career totals of 41 goals and 16 assists. Selected for 1993 North-South Senior All-Star Game. Team was combined 38-24 and won the 1990 ECAC Mid-Atlantic title.

* Cortland's 1992-93 Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year.

* Women's soccer head coach at SUNY Geneseo from 1995-99. Started Geneseo's women's lacrosse program in 1996 and was 1998 SUNYAC Coach of the Year.

* Women's lacrosse head coach at Nazareth College from 1999-2008. Five-time Empire 8 Coach of the Year and 2006 Empire Region Coach of the Year. Led team to six NCAA tournament appearances. Inducted into the Nazareth Sports Hall of Fame in 2011.

* Started Division I women's lacrosse program at Fresno State University and coached the Bulldogs' first two seasons in 2009 and 2010. University of Rochester women's lacrosse head coach since October 2010.

* Starting defender for the semi-professional Rochester Ravens of the United Soccer Leagues (USL) W-League from 1996-97.

* Professional mountain bike racer from 1999-2001; raced on the National Off-Road Bicycle Association (NORBA) National Cross Country Championship Series in 1999-2000.

* Member of the USA National handball team that trained at SUNY Cortland. Capped her career on the national team as a starting wing in the Pan American championships in Brazil in 2004-05.

* Member of Commission on Women and Gender Equity in Academia working group on Sexual Harassment and Misconduct at the University of Rochester.
